1.Shipping & Delivery

We will ship out 1-3 work days after you pay.Ordinary transportation 5-15 working days you can receive. Fast shipping 3-7 working days you can receive.

2.Receiving Your Package

Someone will need to be in to accept your delivery. If there is no one in to accept delivery the package may be left on your doorstep or in your mailbox or equivalent at your risk. Please refer to the tracking provided to ensure there is someone available to accept your package at the estimated delivery time. We recommend that you do not use a PO Box address as your shipping address. If this is unavoidable then you must provide a telephone number so that the delivery can be arranged.Please do not refuse any delivery. Refused or uncollected deliveries may be destroyed by the shipper or incur significant return charges and will receive no refunds. 

3.Import Duty and Sales Tax Charged By Your Country

Depending on the specific country, vi Customs Offices charge tax on certain types of imported products at certain item quantities and declared values. Customs Offices in other countries might not adopt this practice. Although we will always do our best to legally minimise the risk it is the customers responsibility for finding out the situation in their country and paying the requisite taxes or duties. HLBANDAGE cannot be held responsible for these payments.

1. We insist on providing superior quality and fast transportation. There may be some reasons why you may need to return some of the clothes. Our company provides the most reasonable return and refund policy, only hope to support your business, and with all of our customers to maintain good relations of cooperation.

2. If the quality of the product itself or damage, we allow you to return or replacement. You can use the most common way to return to China. We will return the money to you after we receive it.

3. As the wholesale price is too low.Please check your parameters and dimensions, any additional size issues that the exchange fee is borne by yourself.

4. Any product should remain in the original state before returning, without damage, no stains, otherwise we will not accept the returned package.

5. If you receive a quality problem, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and send the exact photo to show you what the problem is. After confirmation, we will continue to return or replacement procedures. Promotional dress does not apply to return or replacement.

6. After ordering, can not be canceled, but if you really need to change, please contact us within 24 hours after order processing.
